This new, LEED Gold certified, 20-story tower is one of the largest built in the downtown Richmond area in recent years. 600 Canal Place serves as a high-performance workplace for over 1,000 employees. Inspired by the shape of a sail, the glass and steel tower has over 1 million square feet of workspace, street level retail and employee amenities.

The interior, designed by PDR Corporation out of Houston, TX, was designed to encourage and promote collaboration underscores the occupant’s commitment to attracting and retaining high caliber talent while enhancing productivity.

Interior design showcases a crisp, clean installation of epoxy terrazzo consists of three colors with a mixture of marble, glass, and mother-of-pearl aggregate. Terrazzo color blocking accents architectural elements in the minimalistic, modern design. Spaces are subtly defined with lighting and terrazzo accent borders, radius patterns, divider strip accents, a handsome waterjet-cut herringbone strip pattern, and monumental precast stair.
