This Net-Zero building designed by Ewing Cole in Philadelphia features a convertible and swimmable pool in building’s main atrium which also serves as a heat sink. The poured in place terrazzo surrounds the pool and tile covers the pool walls. Installer Boatman and Magnani won an award with the Washington Building Congress (WBC) for the attention to detail and execution of the poured terrazzo in conjunction with the tile which had to register perfectly.
