Ascent Peachtree Center is a high-rise residential and adaptive redevelopment of a parking facility in downtown Atlanta.  Constructed atop an existing nine-story garage, it introduces 345 apartments– 70 of which are dedicated to moderately-priced workforce housing– to a central, transit-oriented neighborhood principally known for office towers and atrium hotels.

The design team selected Parklex Prodema’s NATUREFLOOR-W in the high traffic amenity spaces due to its durability, finish, and rich color.
